As Junior Delivery Manager with Sogody, you’ll work and manage a team of business and technical professionals to deliver our current digital projects and help Sogody’s leadership in administration.

Your responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Maintain key project documentation – track project deadlines, milestones and open issues
  • Facilitate requirement gatherings for clients and stakeholders
  • Identify, manage and escalate delivery issues and risks
  • Support Sogody with office administration tasks
  • Represent Sogody in meetings


For this role, we at least expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Possible relevant work experience in digital project management and/or administrative solutions
  • Understanding of project lifecycles from business development to final delivery (Agile or Scrum preferred)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, in English and Albanian
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
