We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to drive growth and support exciting global projects!
Act as a key facilitator between management and potential clients, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential leads and business opportunities.
Support in the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and sales presentations.
Organize and schedule meetings between management and prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, meetings, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
Provide administrative and logistical support to streamline the sales process.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance engagement efforts.
Previous experience in sales support, business development, or administrative coordination is a plus.
Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Albanian.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and outreach efforts.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday.com.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
