Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to drive growth and support exciting global projects!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key facilitator between management and potential clients, ensuring seamless communication and organization.

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential leads and business opportunities.

  • Support in the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and sales presentations.

  • Organize and schedule meetings between management and prospective clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, meetings, and client interactions using CRM tools.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to streamline the sales process.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance engagement efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales support, business development, or administrative coordination is a plus.

  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Albanian.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

  • Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and outreach efforts.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday.com.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
