Intern Digital Project Manager

• Assist PMs with project workflows, from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

• Proactively support PMs with monitoring and maintaining the status of project management boards.

• Participate in quality assurance (QA) by reviewing projects and ensuring ongoing work is up-to-date and meets the company standards.

• Plan and schedule internal meetings, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members.

• Support PMs in facilitating effective coordination with internal clients to gather reviews, edits, and ultimate approval of project content.

• As an intern, one of your key responsibilities is to learn and gain practical experience in project management. This may involve shadowing the project manager, attending training sessions, and actively seeking opportunities to enhance your project management skills.

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.

• Basic understanding of project management principles, agile methodologies, and tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project requirements, updates, and expectations.

• Good organizational skills for managing project documentation, coordinating meetings, and tracking project progress.

• Attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively, contribute to a team dynamic, and maintain positive working relationships is essential.
