Junior Project Manager

• Lead and prioritize project workflows, from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.

• Organize and manage PM boards, actively overseeing the status to keep all teams aligned with project goals.

• Proactively monitor and maintain the status of project management boards, ensuring all teams are on schedule and meeting deadlines.

• Collaborate closely with senior management and provide assistance as required to help drive project success.

• Participate in quality assurance (QA) by reviewing all projects and ensuring ongoing work is up-to-date and meets company standards.

• Plan and schedule internal meetings, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members.

• Liaison with internal clients to gather reviews, edits, and ultimate approval of project content.

• Experience in project management, preferably in a creative or development-focused environment, would be considered an asset.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and meticulous planning are crucial.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project requirements, updates, and expectations to team members, senior management, and internal clients.

• Basic knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, and project management tools.

• A proactive approach to project management, with the ability to anticipate potential roadblocks, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to optimize workflows and processes.
