Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to join and support our PM team. Working alongside our senior project managers, you'll help keep our digital projects organised, on schedule and moving smoothly from brief to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PM team in running project workflows, from initial briefing to final delivery, helping ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Organise and maintain PM boards, keeping their status current so all teams stay aligned with project goals.
- Proactively monitor timelines and flag risks early, helping teams stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with senior project managers and management, providing assistance wherever it helps drive project success.
- Participate in quality assurance (QA) by reviewing ongoing work and checking it is up to date and meets company standards.
- Plan and schedule internal meetings, take notes and follow up on action items so communication stays clear across the team.
- Liaise with internal clients to gather reviews, edits and final approval of project content.
Qualifications
- Some experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a creative or development-focused environment, would be considered an asset.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, support multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and meticulous planning are crucial.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly relay project requirements, updates and expectations between team members, senior management and internal clients.
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks and project management tools.
- A proactive, hands-on approach: anticipating roadblocks, spotting opportunities for improvement and helping the PM team refine workflows and processes.
