Strategist/UX

• Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis to inform UX strategies.

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to improve user experiences.

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to align business objectives with user needs.

• Create and refine UX strategies that enhance product usability and engagement.

• Define information architecture and ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.

• Stay updated on UX best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies.

• Present research findings and UX recommendations to internal teams and clients.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research, strategy, or product design.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Ability to analyze user behavior through data and translate insights into actionable strategies

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
