Your responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
Managing content that aligns with the clients strategy, and addresses the needs and interests of our multiple clients.
Collaborate with team members to develop a content strategy that promotes internal and external user engagement.
Deliver compelling digital customer experiences, including websites, landing pages, mobile applications and digital platforms using Adobe Experience Manager .
Manage the day-to-day content updating requirements for leading website(s).
Maintain content documentation – track content delivery deadlines, milestones, and open issues.
Effectively monitor and analyse performance of digital channels.
For this role, we at least expect you to have:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, digital marketing, business administration or equivalent work experience.
Understanding of content management systems and editor capabilities and content structuring and planning.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Albanian.
