In a previous case study, we briefly introduced our work on the Samsung UK website, which helped address ongoing issues with cart abandonment. That is however only a small part of the technical work we do for our client. Just last month, another highly successful test was featured in a video showcased in Adobe Summit.
We are proud to say that we were instrumental in the technical implementation of a revamp of the Galaxy Z Fold2 Buy Page that included better surfacing of options, offers, as well as purchasing methods for the UK market. The results revealed a significant uplift in conversions due to visitors being presented with a much cleaner view of the key options, the different purchasing options available, as well as the very flexible and smooth delivery and returns process.
