Aida : The pioneer of project management

Aida joined us as our first Project Manager on June 1, 2020. From day one, she took charge of our projects with a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence. As the team and project load expanded, Aida’s role became even more crucial. Her exceptional organizational skills and problem-solving abilities were key to managing complex projects smoothly and efficiently.

Over time, her leadership shone brightly, earning her a promotion to Lead Project Manager after 1.5 years. In this role, Aida continued to set high standards, driving projects to successful outcomes and inspiring our team with her dedication and positive attitude. Her contributions have greatly improved our processes and built a collaborative and productive work environment.

Aida’s impact on our project management practices has been profound. She has not only managed projects with skill and precision but also left a lasting legacy through her commitment and leadership.

Elira: A leader in digital marketing

Elira joined us on May 10, 2021, as a Digital Media Officer. She quickly made her mark by managing AEM content for Unilever brands and creating compelling social media content for Sogody. Her ability to craft engaging case studies and update articles played a key role in strengthening our online presence.

When Unilever projects concluded, Elira advanced to Digital marketing manager. In this role, she continued to innovate, writing new content and guiding our marketing strategies. Her creative approach and strategic insight were crucial in enhancing our digital presence.

Elira’s impact grew further with Spell & Sell. She managed content creation and directed marketing efforts, demonstrating her adaptability and leadership. Her innovative ideas and strategic vision have driven remarkable results and set a new standard for our digital marketing.

Elira’s contributions have significantly enhanced our digital marketing efforts and have also inspired the team to push boundaries and achieve exceptional outcomes.
