Despite the negative sentiment expressed by some towards pop-ups, user behavior suggests that they can yield significant results. This case study details our delivery of the always-on pop-up banner campaign for 20 brands under the Unilever umbrella and the favorable impact it had on increasing email subscriptions.
Our team was tasked with designing and implementing a solution to boost Unilever’s email subscription campaign by displaying a subscription form to website visitors at all times. And that is exactly what we did. Sogody successfully executed a campaign across 52 websites for twenty Unilever brands that operated in two different markets and most of them in two languages.
The challenge was to create personalized designs for each brand, but our expertise in digital marketing and ability to tailor our strategies to unique needs allowed us to achieve success — drawing on our experimentation and UX/UI design services, including user behavior and event tracking.
