Ozarke is a brand focused on providing high-quality modern lighting and home décor products with the customer in mind. They offer a variety of items, including lighting fixtures, lamps, smart fan chandeliers, dining pieces, furniture, blankets, and throws. Their products feature simple, stylish designs that enhance the look and feel of any home.The brand is known for excellent customer service and offers free shipping on certain orders. They also have a special interior design program for professionals, which gives access to exclusive discounts, free samples, and custom design options.
Ozarke faced a significant challenge with low conversion rates, despite having a strong product lineup and excellent customer service. Their main difficulty was in developing an effective Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program. This struggle highlighted the need for a comprehensive approach to address UX issues on the site, such as confusing navigation and ineffective visuals, ensuring that users have a seamless and engaging experience to turn high traffic into meaningful sales.
We conducted A/B testing for Ozarke using the combined power of Convert and Shopify to enhance their conversion rates. Shopify’s flexible e-commerce platform allowed us to implement dynamic changes seamlessly, ensuring a smooth user experience. Convert provided the advanced testing tools necessary for in-depth experimentation and data analysis. This integration enabled us to run tests efficiently, track key metrics, and derive actionable insights.
In addition to A/B testing, we incorporated analytical research, behavioral analytics, and customer feedback to optimize the user experience and turn high traffic into meaningful sales. One standout experiment compared a menu featuring images to a text-only version. After 35 days of testing, the image-based menu significantly outperformed its counterpart, driving higher engagement and boosting conversion rates. This result underscored the crucial role of visuals in creating a more engaging user experience, demonstrating that customers are more likely to interact with visually appealing elements.
We have tackled some UX problems on the site so that users have no issues browsing the site, as well as added additional modules and features to make the experience seamless.
