The ones your back office already runs. That includes accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage, payroll like Gusto and ADP, CRM and support tools like HubSpot and Zendesk, and your inbox, calendar, and files. If your company runs a different stack, we adapt to it. Nothing to migrate and no new software to learn.

In week two we connect your accounting, bank, inbox, HR records, and drive, and set hard rules for what each role may touch. In week three it does the job on probation and you review everything before it counts. After that it works nightly.

Each role has a flat monthly fee and a one-time onboarding fee, listed on its card. Hire the full team, all three roles with Sogody engineers on retainer, and onboarding is waived. It's a monthly subscription, so you can cancel when needed.
