Sogody and Cheil joined forces in the year 2019, and we are proud to announce that our collaboration has never been stronger. What started as a highly dedicated experimentation program in Samsung’s online store has flourished into a global partnership, with our work now grown to delivering experiments Globally.

The Experimentation service we provide for e-commerce of large scale is of paramount importance. Thanks to our partnership, the client had an incremental increase in revenue across markets for their products. This is a direct result of our experimentation program that enables KPIs increase.

In this article, we are breaking down the specifics of how we helped Cheil establish a highly successful experimentation program and all that we deliver daily for EU & North American markets.

Scaling and automating experimentation

Since the inception of our partnership, we have been dedicated to supporting the client in building a high-performing experimentation program. Our team has the expertise and experience needed to design and implement A/B & Multivariant testing programs that align with specific business objectives. As a result of our efforts, we have successfully delivered over 2000 tests across multiple markets, resulting in significant improvements in customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall business performance for Samsung.

One of the major strengths of our partnership is our ability to deliver highly effective and custom experimentation solutions. Building A/B experiences across various platforms and markets has taught us many lessons, one of the most important being that experiences can be reused for different projects, in different markets and languages, and on different platforms.

On this logic, we have built Testful, a tool that automates the delivery of multiple experiments in one go, through A/B templates, which require zero development effort to be updated and deployed across any market. Through it, Sogody has been part of:

  • The ‘Best Seller’ test, an HQ project, got rolled out in more than 10 markets.

  • Launching the S22 series; deploying 42 new A/B experiences, across their 22 markets, in three days.

  • Launching Fold4 and Flip4; deploying 37 multi-variation activities, 15 cart abandonment activities with 3 design variations, 7 USP module activities with 2 design variations, and 15 countdown timer activities with 2 design variations across EU7 and EU14 markets in only a few days.

Proving the Business Value of experimentation

The success of our partnership with Cheil, and the work we have delivered, is a testament to the trust they have placed in us and our ability to work as a cohesive team.
